Third-party platform access

To provide our services, we connect to your accounts on platforms like Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Instagram, and Facebook. We only access what is necessary to read reviews/comments and post replies. We do not modify your business listings, delete reviews, or take any actions beyond posting replies. You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting your accounts.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Data security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit. Access credentials to your review and social media platforms are stored securely and encrypted at rest. Only authorized team members who are actively replying on your behalf have access to your accounts.

We retain your account information for as long as you are an active customer. If you cancel your subscription, we delete your platform access credentials within 7 days and your account data within 30 days. Monthly reports and reply logs are retained for 12 months after cancellation unless you request earlier deletion.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. You can disconnect any platform from our service at any time. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
