Reply For Me provides review reply and social media comment reply services for businesses. We reply to reviews on Google Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms, and reply to comments on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, on your behalf and in your brand voice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to grant us access to the business accounts you connect. By signing up, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business and to grant us permission to post replies using the business's accounts.

3. Account access

To provide our services, you grant us access to your review and social media accounts. You are responsible for ensuring the credentials you provide are accurate and up to date. You may revoke access at any time, which will pause or terminate the service.

4. How we reply

Replies are written by trained team members following the brand voice guide we create during your onboarding call. We aim to reply to all reviews within 24 hours and all social media comments within 2 hours during business hours. These are targets, not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to platform outages, volume spikes, or other factors outside our control.

5. Approval process

By default, we post replies directly to your platforms without prior approval. If you prefer to review replies before they go live, you can opt into an approval workflow during onboarding. Approval workflows may result in longer response times.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide during onboarding. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your brand voice, tone preferences, or platform access. You are responsible for monitoring the replies we post and notifying us promptly if any reply does not meet your standards.

7. Pricing and billing

Review Replies: $249/month. Comment Replies: $499/month. Both Services (monthly): $649/month. Both Services (annual): $599/month billed annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. For annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions.

9. Limitation of liability

Reply For Me is not responsible for the content of reviews or comments posted by third parties on your platforms. While we take care to write thoughtful, on-brand replies, we are not liable for any business losses, reputational harm, or other damages arising from the replies we post on your behalf. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for platform outages, API changes, or other third-party service disruptions that may affect our ability to provide the service.

10. Intellectual property

The replies we write on your behalf are created for your business and posted to your accounts. You own the content once it is posted. We retain the right to reference our work with your business (e.g., "we work with [Business Name]") for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, brand voice guide, and account credentials as confidential. We do not share this information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service. Team members who access your accounts are bound by confidentiality agreements.

12. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our team, or use the service for illegal purposes. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violations.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
